A workshop provided by Pastor John Olson from Jacksonville, Florida at the Deaf Retreat in Minnesota. There will be one more sermon by Pastor John Olson coming tomorrow.
The workshop was very excellent! Olson explained how he worked with his hearing pastor about the Deaf ministry, small group approach in his deaf ministry, being involved in the Deaf community in Jacksonville, and being able to work with a local community college for their Interpreter Training Program. He is a great example to other Deaf pastors how to work with people in their Deaf communities.

That is very interesting of how you spend time with other people. I never think of three people. It is sound like three deacons to work with Pastor Olsen every six months. So, three deacons work with their deaf people in the deaf ministry. That does make sense to make the deaf ministry grow. I agree that work with all kind of people, not just deaf people alone. What a great testimony of how the deaf ministry grow. Praise the Lord! Keep it up for the Lord Almighty God.
